Sacred Passage: Meeting Menopause with Mindfulness

Six-week, one-hour sessions · March–April · Live on Zoom

We receive many messages about how we should go through menopause. Act now. Fix this. Don’t fall behind.

What if menopause is not something to fear, but a sacred passage?

This six-week series is for anyone navigating the menopausal transition who wants to meet this season with steadiness and self-trust. Whether you’re waking at odd hours in the night, forgetting words mid-sentence, or feeling anxiety take the reins without warning, this is a space to listen more closely.

Together, we’ll practice bringing respect to anxiety, sadness, confusion, brain fog, and the body’s changing rhythms. For some, hormone therapy isn’t an option or a choice. Whatever your path, you are welcome here.

We’ll cultivate self-compassion for the rough waters this passage can bring and explore discernment—the sacred pause—to sense what truly needs tending, and what we can allow to move through.

  • "Joining Beth Monaghan's meditation sessions is the kindest I've been to myself in years. She is a gentle and gifted guide through deep thinking, leading to places of peace. I also find her recorded shorter meditations very helpful during the crush of the week. Highly, highly recommended.

    — Carol, Group meditation participant in New York City

  • "I used to mistakenly assume that mindfulness was indifference, but Beth's compassionate, thoughtful, approach continues to help me re-center in the present, welcome and move through all the things. Far from indifferent, my life, and those of my family are much richer in the hard times, the good, the quiet, and the rapidly shifting. Thanks Beth!"
