1:1 Mentorship

Mindfulness mentoring offers personalized support for developing, deepening, or sustaining a meditation practice. I love working with people one-on-one. This offering may be supportive if you are:

  • Beginning a meditation practice and wanting guidance

  • Returning from retreat and integrating insights into daily life

  • Continuing a long-term practice and seeking reflection, steadiness, or accompaniment

  • Navigating stress, uncertainty, or transition, and wanting support grounded in mindfulness

Our sessions are shaped around what’s most alive for you. Together, we may practice meditation, including guided meditations tailored to your individual needs, explore what’s arising in your experience, and reflect on how mindfulness can support you in meeting your life as it is.

The intention of this work is not to fix or change you, but to support compassion for whatever you’re carrying and to help you discover and trust your own inner resources. Our time together is gentle, practical, and grounded in real life.

No prior meditation experience is required—only a curiosity about whether this practice might serve you. You’re welcome exactly as you are.

We begin with a series of four 60-minute sessions, offered on a sliding scale:

  • $0 — Financial hardship (no questions asked)

  • $250 — Reduced rate

  • $400 — Standard rate

  • $500 — Pay-it-forward (supports free and reduced-cost access)

If you’re interested in working together, fill out the form below to schedule a session or ask questions.

  • "I practice with Beth 1:1 and she guides me to the depths of my soul, where immense healing and transformation take place."

    — Beth in Minneapolis

  • "Joining Beth Monaghan's meditation sessions is the kindest I've been to myself in years. She is a gentle and gifted guide through deep thinking, leading to places of peace. I also find her recorded shorter meditations very helpful during the crush of the week. Highly, highly recommended.

    — Carol, Group meditation participant in New York City

  • "I used to mistakenly assume that mindfulness was indifference, but Beth's compassionate, thoughtful, approach continues to help me re-center in the present, welcome and move through all the things. Far from indifferent, my life, and those of my family are much richer in the hard times, the good, the quiet, and the rapidly shifting. Thanks Beth!"
